Minimum Requirements for Armed Response Officer Position

- A valid and up-to-date PSIRA registration is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license held for at least three years.
- SAPS Firearm Proficiency certification.
- A Matric / Grade 12 qualification with a minimum overall pass rate of 50%.
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- A clear criminal record with no pending cases.
- Physically fit and healthy, capable of performing active security duties.
- Candidates should be aged between 20 and 40 years.
- Must reside in Bethlehem or have reliable accommodation nearby.
